About Venus - Beautiful Girl!

Meet Venus! Venus is settling beautifully into her foster home and showing everyone what a sweet, fun little girl she is! At about 4 months old and 14 pounds, she is expected to be a medium-sized dog when fully grown. Venus is a happy, social and playful girl with a fun personality. She loves toys, playing ball, exploring outside, spending time with her people. She enjoys her playtime, but is also happy to settle in for a well-earned nap in her crate. This smart little girl is already making amazing progress with her training! Venus is crate trained, doing amazing with potty training, and walks great on a leash. She’s eager to learn and is getting the hang of life in a home. Like any young puppy, Venus is still learning all the ins and outs of being a great house dog. She can use her voice when she’s tired or wants attention, but she responds well to gentle correction, settles quickly and enjoys taking a break in her crate. Venus is affectionate, entertaining and full of personality. She’s looking for a family who will keep building on everything she’s learning. She’ll be a wonderful companion for a family ready to love her, have fun with her and watch her grow. If you’ve been waiting for a sweet, freckle face playful pup to become part of your family, Venus may be the girl you’ve been waiting for. Apply to adopt Venus and come meet this little cutie! Venus is up to date on her puppy vaccines. She will need to be spayed and microchipped at approximately 6 months old at our vet in Holmdel, NJ. Her adoption donation is $600. - Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
