About Toni

TONI IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION OUTSIDE A 30 MINUTE RADIUS OF DES MOINES UNTIL AFTER OCTOBER 13 DUE TO HER VETTING REQUIRMENT. Toni is a 13-week-old, female, possible Border Collie/Shepherd mix that weighs about 15 lbs. She will likely be a medium sized dog when full grown. Toni and her 6 siblings came from Oklahoma in mid-August. Toni is a spunky and energetic puppy. She is playful, active, and loves to wind down with a snuggle. She would thrive as the single star of the household or in a home with a confident, balanced adult dog who can show her the ropes and teach her appropriate play manners. She’ll be a fantastic fit for an active family excited to continue her puppy training! She is already potty-trained and is reliable on her routine. She is also crate-trained and currently learning how to walk politely on a leash. She has not met cats or kids, but with proper introductions and guidance, she should do well with all. Siblings: Leonard (M) Harriet (F) Toni (F) Bear (M) Otto (M) Mae (F) Sally (F) If you are interested in meeting Toni, please complete an online application at https://hopeanimalrescueofiowa.duplie.com/forms/196/dog-application Adoption fee is $300 which includes spay/neuter, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines.
