He can be anxious with strangers, but he’s already making great progress with patience and consistency. He’ll do best with a family that understands he may need space at first and is willing to let him adjust at his own pace. Once Stewart warms up, his loving personality really shines—he’ll show you just how much he trusts you. If you’re considering adding two cats to your home, his brother Howie could be a great companion. While they aren’t bonded, they spend a lot of time together and seem to help comfort each other. Stewart has a playful side too—he absolutely loves toy mice and has a habit of sneaking off with the extras! He also enjoys the company of dogs and often rubs up affectionately against the resident lab. He’s truly a sweet boy at heart—he just needs a patient home willing to give him the time he needs to blossom.
