About Georgio

Georgio is a funny cat; he is very engaged in the world around him and likes to be part of the activity. Due to an injury, one of his back legs was amputated. He gets around just fine and it doesn't slow him down, although sometimes his climbing/jumping doesn’t work as he plans. He has expressive eyes and tufts at the tips of his ears. He also has a small bald patch on a back shoulder to add even more uniqueness. Georgio really likes people. He likes to be petted and picked up. He'll lie on a lap for a while and loves to play with and bite hair if it’s hanging down. He can be rambunctious, play too hard and forget it’s not okay to use his teeth on people. Most of the time he is well-behaved. He gets along well with other cats once he knows them. He will play with the kittens but also likes hanging out with the adults on the bed. He will patiently wait to eat when all the other cats are trying to get the wet food. Georgio's engaging personality will do best with consistent, reliable company of a person and/or another pet. It's uncertain if he's been around dogs or kids, but he should be fine if given kind treatment and time to adjust. Georgio was born approximately February 1, 2026, and his adoption fee is $160, or adopt two and the second is half off. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming, is microchipped, and tested negative for feline leukemia virus. Come see this sweet boy at our adoption center this weekend!
