Bella

About Bella

Bella was in the process of being dumped when we rescued her. Owner was leaving out of state, not taking the time to make any arrangements as we suggested. Long story short, she was going to be on her own, literally, with the owner long gone by the following day, and at her age, it was cruel. So, we stepped in.She is an active, healthy and very friendly gal indeed. She has a spunky, go-getter personality, at first, but then after a few days she has begun to edge towards loneliness. We did not have the space for her, she is stuck in a closed off room, with very little attention, in which we are hoping someone will have compassion for her and take her in. Her fate would have been worse, but without a loving family, she must feel abandoned and alone. We do not know much about her - we did ask how she is with other pets and was told she is ok with them and kids too. However, we believe she will still need time to acclimate and decompress. She accepts our visits when we come in to see her, she gives us full attention and loves all the petting she can get. She would be a great kitty companion, even if she doesn't have a full lifetime ahead, she still has valuable years to offer love and to be loved.
