About Wickham

❤️ MEET WICKHAM! ❤️ Wickham is a 17-week-old little guy weighing 7 pounds, and he is a little adventurer who loves being outdoors! He enjoys exploring, taking in all the sights and smells, and discovering the world around him. Wickham is good with cats and would do best in a home with another dog to help show him the ropes and teach him the ways of the world! He is already doing great with recall and comes when his name is called! Wickham is still a puppy, so he will need a family who has someone home most of the day to continue helping him learn and grow. Outside potty training has been slowed down because of his cast, which cannot get wet. However, he is very good about using puppy pads and will go outside when the timing is right. After he has had his fill of giving love, it can take him a little time to settle in and do his business, so patience and consistency will be important. ❤️ MEDICAL UPDATE: Wickham has a hairline fracture and is currently in a cast. His adopter must be committed to continuing his medical care, which will include weekly veterinary appointments for approximately 6–8 weeks while he heals. (Started Sept 23) Wickham has received his first set of puppy vaccines. He will still need two additional rounds of vaccines, along with his neuter and microchip. All of this is covered under his adoption fee, but these appointments MUST be completed at one of our approved veterinary locations in Riverview, St. Pete, or Wesley Chapel. We are looking for a family ready to give this little guy the love, patience, and care he needs as he recovers, learns, and grows into an amazing companion. ❤️ If you’re looking for a fun-loving little adventurer who is good with cats, would love a canine companion, and is already learning to come when called, Wickham may be your perfect match!
