About Ella Kay

Currently located at our Owensboro, KY location Meet Ella Kay! This sweet girl has already been through more than any dog should ever have to endure. Born in September 2021, Ella Kay weighs around 35 pounds and is still in need of some TLC to help her reach a healthy weight and get her skin and coat back to where they should be. And yet, despite everything she’s been through, Ella Kay is HAPPY. She is loving, affectionate, and so grateful for every bit of kindness she receives. It’s hard not to wonder what this girl could become once she finally knows what it feels like to be safe, loved, and wanted. Does well with other dogs Loving and affectionate Available for foster or adoption Needs help gaining a healthy weight Needs some TLC for her skin and coatWhat Ella Kay needs most right now is a soft place to land—a home willing to show her that the world can be kind and that people can be trusted. She has so much love to give, and we truly believe there is a wonderful girl underneath everything she has been through, just waiting for the chance to shine.
