About Murasaki
Murasaki has made such good progress during his time in a loving foster home. He is the shyest of his siblings; he was caught nearly two weeks after his siblings so he is still learning to feel safe around people. He’ll need a patient home willing to give him some extra time and socialization, but we think with consistency, kindness and lots of love, he’ll continue to come out of his shell. He loved playing with the other cats in his foster home and even tried to play with a good-sized dog! He and his brother have been in a new foster home this past week and he took several days to settle in and get comfortable with the resident dogs nearby but his foster said after about 4 days, he was coming out and starting to get more comfortable. He will do best starting in a small space (like a guest bath or power room) at first when he goes to his new home. Let him get acquanted there and then give him access to more space. He loves to be snuggled and petted but if you are approaching, he may run and hide at first. Complete the online adoption application to be the first to schedule a meet and greet with Xico and Murasaki. Get $50 off the combined adoption fee for a pair of kittens. All cats are spayed/neutered, current on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, FELV/FIV tested, dewormed and started on monthly flea preventative.
