About Sunny
I’m still figuring things out. Everything feels a little new and a little overwhelming right now, so I tend to hang back at first and watch. I’m not the kind of dog who rushes right up... I need a bit of time to understand that I’m safe and that you’re someone I can trust. But once I do? I really hold on to my people. I’ll stay close, follow you from room to room, and lean into you for comfort. Being near someone I trust helps me feel steady, like maybe the world isn’t so uncertain after all.Shelter life has been hard for me. The noise, the changes, the not knowing what comes next; it gets to my head sometimes. I’m trying my best, but I’d really do better somewhere calm, somewhere I can settle in and finally relax. I’m still building my confidence, one small step at a time. I just need someone patient who will show me the way and remind me that I’m okay. With consistency, reassurance, and a bit of training, I can learn. What I need most is someone willing to stick with me while I figure it out, because once I trust you, I’ll be yours completely.
