About *Vinnie

Vinnie is a sweet, loyal, and incredibly gentle dog. In a short term foster home we learned that he’s a mellow cuddle bug who loves being close to his people, whether that means resting his head on your lap or snuggling beside you on the couch. He was wonderful with his foster’s 3-year-old and remained calm and patient with him the whole time. He is fully house trained, well behaved in the home, quiet, and walks nicely on leash. He enjoys exploring and sniffing outdoors but doesn't seem to care for toys. Vinnie can be shy with new people but warms up quickly. He is very loyal and attentive to his family and showed himself to be a loving, devoted companion. Vinnie has done well hanging around other gentle large dogs here at the shelter. If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate, well-mannered dog who will happily be your loyal sidekick, Vinnie may be your guy!
