About Princess Peach

Princess Peach is sweet lil girl who is very affectionate, but on her own terms. She and her one kitten were brought to San Jose Animal Control and we pulled her to give them the best chance to thrive. Shelters are hard on mamas and kittens, and private rescues like HDBnQ can generally offer better care, and a safer environment for them.Now that her kitten has been adopted, the Princess is ready to find her forever home, too. She has been spayed, and is currently living in a foster home with four resident cats with whom she gets along famously. As the only girl, she's very popular, and snuggles and wrestles with the Kittyboiz so sweetly, she could be a foster fail.She loves pets, especially head scritches, and is endlessly fascinated by stick toys. She can entertain herself with a dangling toy for hours. She does not like to be picked up, but will tolerate it for brief periods. Nail trimming is easy, though, as long as you're shut in the bathroom. Be careful with open doors around the Princess, though, she likes to explore and can be an escape artist.Not a fan of wet food or most treats (dried minnows are the only ones she's taken to...she's not even interested in Churu!), you have to win her over with conversation, she likes to talk, and has the tiniest, cutest, little squeaky meow.After just a few weeks in her foster home, she was greeting visitors at the door like she owned the place.
