About **A Puppy 6 Months and Under

If you don’t have a specific puppy in mind but know you’d like to adopt a puppy that is 6 months old or younger, please select this option. This application will serve as a general puppy application and may be used for any puppy 6 months of age or younger, provided the puppy is a good match for your household. If approved, your application will remain valid for six months. Once approved, you’re welcome to browse our website for puppies you’d like to meet or visit our open adoption hours on Wednesday evenings and Saturdays to meet many of our available dogs in person. Thank you, Eleventh Hour Rescue
