About Truvy

*Name: Truvy*Age: approx 8 years old *Current Weight: 62 lbs *Adoption fee: $300Move over, competition—Truvy is here to collect hearts and accolades everywhere she goes! This beautiful Shepherd mix has earned top honors in several prestigious categories, including Best Velcro Dog, Most Demanding for Pets and Head Scratches, Kindest Heart, Easiest on the Leash, and Most Soulful Eyes. But perhaps her most unique achievement is winning Best Ears—thanks to her adorable signature look featuring one long ear and one tiny ear!At approximately 8 years old, Truvy may be considered a senior on paper, but nobody seems to have told her. Her playful spirit and zest for life suggest she's much younger. She's the perfect blend of laid-back companion and devoted best friend. Truvy is great with kids. She loves dogs around her size, she would prefer no smaller dogs in the home. She's fully housebroken, walks beautifully on a leash, enjoys car rides, and loves spending time people-watching from the passenger seat or a sunny window.Like any true champion, Truvy has a few quirks. She's been known to occasionally "borrow" items from the laundry basket, so if a sock goes missing, there's a good chance you'll find it tucked away in her crate as part of her personal collection. Spayed, sweet, and overflowing with love, Truvy is ready to bring her award-winning personality to a forever home. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will stick by your side, keep your lap warm, and remind you every day how special rescue dogs are, Truvy is ready to accept your application. To apply to adopt, fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR FAQs
