Meet Nell & Theo! Nell and Theo are gorgeous one-year-old sisters looking for their forever home together. They are very shy girls who need time and patience to feel comfortable with people, but we're beginning to see sweet glimpses of their personalities shine through. Nell is the sassy, spunky one. She has a gigantic personality hiding behind that suspicious little face! She loves wand toys, window watching, and anything involving Churu or yummy wet food. She's recently started playing with her foster mom and will even lick Churu from her finger, pretty big steps for this cautious girl! Theo is a timid but very sweet love bug. Once she feels comfortable, she loves to be petted and will push her head into your hand for more. She enjoys bird watching, window duty, and playing with Nell. She is still very shy but her foster mom thinks she may have the makings of a lap cat. With time, patience and a secure home, we know their sweet, playful and affectionate personalities will continue to emerge. Transitions can be challenging, so they need an adopter who will let them settle in and build trust at their own pace. These girls gain confidence from having each other, which makes their bond especially important. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care. Highly requested breeds help cover the vet costs incurred by some of our other cats, enabling us to save more lives! $350 for purebred/highly requested kittens, 6 months or younger, such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coon mixes. These "guardian kittens" help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens. $225 for purebred/highly requested cats older than 6 months such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coone mixes.
