About A pair called Agnes & Rego

Meet Agnes and Rego, a loving pair of cats who have become the best of friends! Agnes (1.5 years old) is a really sweet, loving cat who’s always ready to make biscuits at a moment’s notice. She makes it very clear when she wants love—and she loves love. She happily accepts kisses and gives them back (at least that’s how her foster parents interprets them). She’s a little nosy in the cutest way — always sniffing around and investigating her surroundings — but she’s respectful and understands boundaries. She’s fully litter trained with no accidents, doesn’t mark, and has been great with furniture. She uses her scratching post like a pro. Agnes is THE cuddle queen. She loves sleeping at your feet, right next to you, or curled up by your neck. She absolutely lives for her next meal and will be waiting by the wet food cans the second you’re up. Her meow is one of the softest, sweetest, most timid little sounds you’ll ever hear. Rego is Agnes' slightly calmer adopted brother who is around 6 years old. Rego spent his first six years in one loving home with his brother — the only family he ever knew. When they began to clash, his people had to make the heartbreaking choice to rehome one of them. Overnight, Rego lost everything familiar. Now he’s learning to trust again, one soft blink and gentle head bump at a time. He’s a quiet, sensitive soul who just wants to feel safe and loved. Every day he opens up a little more — following his foster around, meowing for conversation, purring through his brushing sessions, and even handling nail trims and baths like a champ. He’s perfectly litter-trained, loves pawing toys out of his box, and struts through the house like a tiny black panther (those open-mouth photos? he’s meowing, not hissing — pure cuteness). He loves gazing out the window and going wild for his flirt pole — his playful side is just as special as his gentle one. Rego would do best in a calm, patient home with someone who understands that trust takes time. If you give him that chance, he’ll give you something rare — the kind of love that’s full of meows, slow blinks, and quiet devotion.
