About Mr. Gray
HISTORY: MR. GRAY was rescued and transferred to F&F for adoption. He is FIV+. However, as is typical with many FIV+ cats, this cat has no symptoms, is expected to be in good health and expected to live a normal lifespan. While conventional thinking is to only place an FIV+ cat in a home with no other cats or with another FIV+ cat, there are many “mixed households.” According to Cornell University, the primary mode of Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) transmission is through repeated fights resulting in the exchange of blood, and it poses no threat to humans or other species. TEMPERAMENT: MR. GRAY is a quiet baby who loves love. He enjoys chin scratches and his warm bed. He is sure to make the sweetest companion. Mr. Gray is certainly a lap cat, and will snuggle all day. AGE: born approx. 7/24/20 MICROCHIP #: -3611 DATE OF STERILIZATION: neutered, date unknown VAX RECORD: FVRCP #1: 4/6/26, FVRCP #2: pending; FVRCP expires: pending; Rabies expires: 3/30/29 FELV/FIV test: 7/24/23 FIV+, FELV- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: If you would like to consider MR.
