About Goose

* Available in Shelter for Meet & Greet * Goose is a sweet, handsome boy with a playful streak and some seriously impressive jumping skills. Around Peter Zippi, he has earned a reputation as our reigning jumping king, especially when a wand toy is involved. He loves interactive play and has perfected the art of hiding in a tunnel, waiting for just the right moment to launch himself after his “prey.” When playtime winds down, Goose is happy to relax on a hammock or shelf and enjoy plenty of pets and ear rubs. Goose can hang back a little when something or someone is new, but once he feels comfortable, his affectionate and curious personality comes through. He likes being part of what’s happening without needing to be the center of attention every minute. He also gets along beautifully with other cats. He has enjoyed running through tunnels and sharing playtime with feline friends while showing a nice ability to respect their space when they’ve had enough. Goose would be very happy with a compatible cat companion, but he’s also old enough and confident enough to be your one and only. Playful, affectionate, cat-friendly, and just a little bit goofy, Goose is a wonderful boy who deserves to be somebody’s favorite
