About Cartier

Cartier was found in New Kensington in an outdoor colony. He was part of a TNR group but was found to be FIV+ and FeLV+. For his health, he was brought to the shelter so he would be loved and have a warm place to live. He is timid right now as he is not used to being around humans. With time he will learn to trust. If you are interested in meeting Cartier, please visit our website kvckr.com and complete/submit an adoption application.
