About Mariposa

Mariposa is an exceptional companion dog, perfect for anyone seeking a furry friend! She delights in leisurely, sniff-filled walks and invigorating hikes, particularly through the woods. Whether she's frolicking in the backyard on her own or enjoying playtime with you, her joyful spirit shines through. Currently, Mariposa is honing her skills with the 'fetch' and 'leave it' commands. Despite having undergone hip surgery in the past, she leaps with enthusiasm to catch a tennis ball every time you throw it, showing no signs of slowing down. When you're busy working on the computer, she loves nothing more than to curl up at your feet, providing a comforting presence. Mariposa is fantastic with kids and has a keen intelligence, making her highly trainable. She responds exceptionally well to positive reinforcement and treats, ensuring that training sessions are both effective and enjoyable. In short, Mariposa is not just a pet; she’s a loving, spirited companion ready to bring joy to your life! Apply to adopt her today!
