About Amber

Amber had a rough start to life and has some scars from life on the streets but now that she’s learning that humans are safe she’s really beginning to open up. Once she knows you’re safe she’ll reward you with cuddles and kisses!! She can be a bit shy at first but even that is starting to fade as she grows more confident. She loves to be on your lap. She is a fun, sweet, smart girl! It will be so fun watching her continue to open up! Check out this cute video of sweet Amber. Amber is from a local impound. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about Ruff Start’s adoption process and the care our foster animals receive, please visit our How to Adopt page. If you are unable to adopt but want to help this animal and others in our care, you can donate to support the medical and veterinary needs of all Ruff Start Rescue animals.
