About Ivy

Every good children's book has that one character who reminds us how to find joy in the little things. For Ivy, it's chasing a leaf across the yard... stretching out in the sunshine... discovering a new trail... or simply walking beside someone she loves. She doesn't need a castle or a fairy tale ending. She just dreams of a family who'll toss a ball, share a few adventures, and let her be part of everyday life. Maybe that's the beautiful thing about happy endings.... Sometimes they don't begin with magic.... Sometimes they begin with a leash, an open door, and someone saying, "Come on, Ivy... let's go home."
