About Billy

Billy has the best markings! It’ll probably take time for him to warm up to you, but once he does, he’s very friendly and will enjoy your company. Billy is good at setting boundaries and will let you know if you do something he doesn’t care for. He is in a foster home with several other cats and tends to be cat-selective. Come meet her at our adoption events on Saturdays from 12-4 at PetSmart on Harbison! e-mail us at animalrescuecarolina@yahoo.com with any questions or to request an application.
