About Neelix
This boy is a boy that is curious but holds back till he is sure things are good. He is a shy boy that needs a quiet home and time to learn to trust his new people. He is a sweet dog that gets along with other dogs and cats. Some bigger dogs scare him . Children and loud environments scare him too.
