About Root Beer

Root Beer is a 13-year-old male Lab/Weimaraner, 85 lbs, mix who has a serious zest for life. Don't let his age fool you — this distinguished gentleman has the heart of an explorer and the spirit of a loyal companion. His favorite pastimes? Car rides, leisurely walks, human attention, and… relocating his dog food bowl around the house. (Yes, it’s his version of interior design.) Whether he's trotting alongside you on a trail or cozying up for some head scratches, Root Beer knows how to make the most of every moment — and he wants to share them all with you. ** Home for the Holidays adoption special.
